Fondant cake--shamrocks

Everyone loves the polished look of fondant, and during this hands-on class students will be shown how to roll, and cut fondant to cover a cake as well as making smaller decorative pieces.  Participants will be working with Saint Patrick’s Day themed colors and will be covering a 6” double layer round cake, and then accessorizing it with festive fondant cutouts. Come learn how to wow friends and family with your fondant handling skills, and walk away with a smooth and sophisticated dessert masterpiece! (all materials are supplied by OKYK)
