In this floral inspired session, students will start out with a double layer 6” square cake that they will get to decorate like a basket of flowers. Using gum paste techniques, the instructor will teach participants how to make apple blossoms, daisies and leaves to adorn the cake “basket”. The instructor will also show students the techniques required to make the outside of the cake look like a basket just waiting to be filled with beautiful gum paste flowers!
